SAS is a growing business and has created custom seat cover templates for many of the bikes on the road today. But unfortunately, not all seats have been lucky enough to receive a SAS seat cover. For this reason some bike models will involve an exchange in which the customer will ship their seat/s to SAS so that the custom built seat cover/s can be made and installed.

Be sure to read the entire product description to know if your bike model requires shipment!

You will also notice that all models that involve the customer shipping their seat to SAS to be recovered, are priced lower to cover the customer's added shipping cost.

If your bike model requires you to ship your seat/s to SAS so that the cover may be custom built, you can be confident that your cover will be professionally designed and installed with unmatched attention to detail.

Every seat cover is built to the customers specifications after they order AND NOTIFY SAS of their material color/style selection. Processing and construction time normally takes 2-4 business days for basic replacement covers and 2-10 business days for custom orders or designs. In addition, USPS shipping in the Continental US normally takes 2-3 business days. So for total wait time, some orders are received as fast as 3 days, bust most orders take 1-2 weeks. Also, using USPS Express will speed up the shipping time by 1-2 days.

If you do not tell SAS what material color/style you choose, your order will be delayed!
If no color choice has been made within 1 week of the purchase date, the default black vinyl will be used to build your seat cover/s!

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us about the status of your order.

Every order is inspected by a professional of SAS before shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item arrives damaged, we will gladly accept return of the item within 30 days of received date.

Once you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us .

Returns for exchange must be received at our facilities within 30 Days from receipt of package. (Special circumstances will be taken into consideration). Upon return and receipt of the package(s), we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments.

Items will be credited the full amount minus any shipping costs. Any item that has been attempted to be installed will not be accepted. Items that have stains (from grease, dirt, pen mark etc) will also not be accepted. Customized orders are non-refundable but can be exchanged if there is any error on our part.

Sweet Ass Seats would never intentionally do anything to cause a customer to be dissatisfied with our services. We are aware that there is always some room for improvement and we are working diligently at making our services more customer friendly. Our main goal is to ensure that each and every customer of ours is very satisfied, and we will stop at nothing to make sure of this.

Sweet Ass Seats (SAS) warrants its merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment from SAS. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and shall be null and void if the equipment is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or neglect or heavily soiled. Fabrics will naturally stretch and wear with normal use and is not considered evidence of defectiveness. If SAS determines that the product returned for warranty service or replacement is not defective as herein defined, the BUYER shall pay all costs of handling and transportation.
