Q: Why are my emails not being answered? No replies?

A: WE ANSWER ALL EMAILS THAT ARE SENT TO US. We reply directly to your e-mail address you have on file with your order. Please make sure your e-mail spam blocker is not blocking us. We see this alot, so check your bulk mail or spam folder.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, we combine shipping. Most of our seat covers ship for around $6-$8 for the first order, then the shipping rate goes down significantly for each additional order. We do not set a standard shipping rate since this is unfair to some customers. We use a shipping calculator so that every customer receives an accurate shipping price. All orders within the continental US are shipped USPS priority mail. This is the best method when comparing price vs. speed of all the available shipping services. USPS Express shipment is also available upon request. Outside of the continental US, customers have several options for shipment, but once again, USPS is normally the best choice. Every seat cover is built to the customers specifications after they order, so construction and shipping will normally take anywhere between 2-10 business days. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us about the status of your order.



Q: How do I pay with PayPal? What is your PayPal e-mail?

A: To pay with PayPal you must go through our secure checkout system and select paypal as your payment method. Then the checkout will re-direct you to PayPal's site to complete your payment. We have PayPal set up to stop manual payments. You need to use the checkout to ensure we get accurate order information, and so your order is not delayed.



Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Every seat cover is built to the customers specifications after they order so construction and shipping will normally take 2-10 business days (cont US). International orders normally arrive in 2-3 weeks with priority mail shipping and 10-14 days with express shipping. Occasionally customs clearance may delay shipments across borders. We have seen some packages take 4-8 weeks to arrive when this happens, but it is rare.



Q: ORDER PROBLEMS? Read this if you have a problem.

A: Please allow us the opportunity to resolve your problem BEFORE jumping to any conclusions. We genuinely want to make sure you are happy (It's good for business). We communicate all order status information through email so make sure your e-mail spam blocker is not blocking our emails. We see this alot.



Q: What is your return policy? How do I return an item?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item arrived damaged, we will gladly accept return of the item within 30 days of received date. Items will be credited the full amount minus any shipping costs. Any item that has been attempted to be installed will not be accepted. Items that have stains (from grease, dirt, pen mark etc) will also not be accepted. Customized orders are non-refundable.



Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship anywhere on the planet. Just buy everything you want and our checkout system will calculate your rates when you are ready to pay.



Q: I have not received my item. When did it ship?

A: We ship orders every business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Business days are Monday - Friday. You should have received an e-mail from us when we shipped your order. We send all shipping notices to the e-mail address you have registered with us. If you have not received any e-mails from us please check your spam filter.



Q: What material / color is my seat cover going to be?

A: Your custom seat cover is available in many different material styles and colors. Please visit the materials page to view the available options. Every seat cover is built to you specifications so it is very important that you inform SAS of your material choice. Your order will not be shipped until you have done so.



Q: Why do I have to ship my seat/s to SAS?

A: SAS is a growing business and has created custom seat cover templates for many of the bikes on the road today, but unfortunately, not all seats have been lucky enough to receive a Sweet Ass Seats' seat cover. If your bike model requires you to ship your seats, you can be confident that your cover will be professionally designed and installed free of charge.
